7x7 Dental Implant & Oral Surgery Specialists of San Francisco

This dental clinic is a scam. Before I came, I called and asked, and the front desk told me that the total price of the xray was $200. Told me there was no extra price. After I went there for the first time, the price suddenly increased to 500 and I was asked to do a second xray of 600 to get the guide. I felt that I had been scammed. Additionally, The doctor's attitude was very bad. When I called for a referral, doctor pat pointed at me and said what was this patient doing?..

When we walked in the first thing out of the receptionist mouth was, a payment is due today. When I asked about the charges it was explained but rudely. Dr. Pat was extremely rude. Rolling eyes and having an attitude about everything! From me asking her name again to me asking to stay in the room with my sister. No one seemed happy tho but the two young Asian men that assisted us for set up. I felt uncomfortable. Maybe Dr. Pat felt as if because she is small, she had to make a statement. Has to be rude to get by. Also a lot of SFSU students go there and they will be token advance of if they dont ask questions. My sister wasnt even sure why she was charged. My sister likes it for convenience. But the guest service has to be better!

Came in for a second opinion here for wisdom teeth removal, best decision I have made. This office is as professional as it gets. Everyone here really cares about you, Dr Pat was such a reassuring and calming presence. I had a dry socket after and they were on top of getting me the treatment I needed and even followed up various time to see how I was healing. You will not regret coming here. 10/10
