Dr. Faktorovich and her team were extremely professional, warm, and kind. They took their time explaining everything. My procedure was incredibly fast (15 mins) and I had perfect vision by the time I got home. I recommend Dr. Faktorovich to anyone considering lasik eye surgery.

I had my LASIK at Pacific Vision Institute and I can see perfectly! The practice met all the criteria I was looking for and, most importantly, I was referred to Dr. Faktorovich by a friend who is an ophthalmologist. She said that Dr. Faktorovich is a very well known and respected surgeon and she would trust her to do a great job. The recommendation was definitely reassuring and completely substantiated during my entire process at PVI. I was cared for by smart and competent people, including the laser engineer, who explained the laser process in great detail to me. Their roster of patients is equally impressive, including Steve Huffman and many other tech leaders, musicians, and other celebrities. The care is extremely high level and my outcome is superb.

Several of my coworkers had very high praises for Pacific Vision Institute and I had no hesitation whatsoever in choosing this clinic for my LASIK. Ive been thinking about it for a while before I came in for my consultation. Usually, something would come up, like a trip or an event, where Id be thinking that I dont want to wear contacts anymore. And then, I would just forget about it and move on with my life. Finally, I decided I dont want to fiddle with contacts anymore and made an appointment. The process was easy. There was a lot of extensive testing and I also had a good discussion with Dr. Faktorovich. The procedure day was basically in and out. I had to keep my eyes closed for 4 hours after the procedure. After I opened them, everything was clear. It was simply incredible. My vision remains very clear and other than mild dryness the first month, my eyes feel great. I am so happy I chose Pacific Vision Institute!
