        If you dont want mobile service they refuse to talk to you. Want to upgrade your internet. Sorry unless you commit to xfinity mobile they basically walk you out and tell you to go figure it out online.

        Garbage experience that ended with them telling me to just go to at&t. The employee failed to tell us we didn't have enough credit on the account for two phones until they switched service to the first phone. Refused to call customer care to sort it out and sent us away after we made a large purchase for the first phone. Seriously made me reconsider staying with xfinity
