Really outdated equipment. Average cleanliness. Not even a minimum of toiletries provided apart from a mini towel. Hostel with almost non-existent noise insulation. Very noisy street at night. Not recommended area. Staff ok. You also need to find pleasant and respectful people to share your dormitory. I will never come back again

The staff is friendly and it's downtown for shopping. I am very satisfied with the location, including cable car rides. However, if you go just a little bit upwards, you will find a paradise for the homeless. Even though it is a deluxe room, the condition of the room is very poor. But breakfast was great. waffle. Pankai, you can bake it yourself, and there are a variety of cereals, milk, coffee, yogurt, bananas, etc. available. The alarm went off three times in one evening and firefighters came three times. When the fourth and final alarm sounds, do not evacuate and just sleep. I booked a private room with a double bed, but since I couldn't sleep well, they moved me to a deluxe room the next day.

Incredibly friendly staff and clean rooms. Location isn't as bad as its reputation holds. Shared spaces not accessible to wheelchair users, but entrance rooms are. Noteworthy details: Accessibly: Staff were very kind and accommodating but the shared spaces (including the kitchen where the included breakfast was served) were inaccessible due to stairs. This was not advertised. Gastropub across the street is accessible for breakfast, but not cheap.
