Flowers by Coley not only failed to deliver the flowers on the date they were scheduled, they then made the ultimate delivery of the flowers a complete ordeal. They placed the blame on the third parties that they utilize (likely because they arent actually a local business but a chain with locations across California). The following day they again failed to follow the delivery instructions and arrived at a location where no one was present. When they did FINALLY delivery flowers - almost a week later - they contacted the wrong person (calling them persistently) and delivered the WRONG flowers. When a refund was requested they failed to refund the full amount claiming that they needed to retrieve the flowers - multiple days later - seeking to again place the burden on the customer to coordinate this. Moreover, they claimed the value of the items they sought to collect (which included chocolates - a food item that cant be returned and reused as it was NOT hermetically sealed) to be the full retail price. I would highly recommend using a reputable business in the SF area and not this chain with poor customer service that places the burden on its customers.

Flowers delivered do not exist in the same galaxy as those pictured. The delivered flowers look like they were arranged by a blind child, a straight man from the Midwest or the gardener with whatever was leftover on the driveway. Avoid unless you want people to think you lack both taste (when they see the bouquet) and judgement (when they see you were warned here).

Flowers by Coley is deserving of a lot of praise for their wonderful birthday bouquets! They made a bouquet that was really stunning. Both the style of the arrangement and the choice of flowers utilized were exquisite. Their commitment to making sure their customers are happy was evident, and they made sure the birthday surprise was nothing short of amazing. I heartily endorse Flowers by Coley to anybody looking for the best floral design for a birthday.
