I loved my experience with Chef Daniel! My wife and I just took his pizza making class today and learned a ton. His cooking class loft is perfect for a small group and even more impressive is the care and thoughtfulness that goes into his recipes. You can tell that cooking and nutrition for him is so much more than about creating delicious meals; I very much sensed it was spiritual in a sense and a vehicle to share his creativity and passion with others. Also important to note, Chef Daniel specializes in vegetarian dishes as well. Will definitely be back for his other classes!

Chef Daniel is fantastic! We were looking for a cooking class for our company, and I'm so glad we found him. The team loved the experience, and we've since recommended him to other teams within our organization.

I booked a pasta-making class for 9 with The Foodery and everything went so smoothly! My team really enjoyed the event and Chef Daniel was very friendly and communicative throughout. I will definitely consider The Foodery again for future cooking classes.

Daniel is an exceptional chef; his expertise shines through in his cooking classes, showcasing his extensive experience and dedication. He exudes a sense of calm and patience in the kitchen, fostering a comfortable environment for beginners. The space is fully equipped, and the highlight is undoubtedly the recipe for vegan ravioli he shares. It's a place worth returning to for further learning. His classes arehighly recommended.

I first took Chef Daniel's NY style pizza making class in the fall of last year. Loved his teaching, technique and the proof was in front of me. The pizza turned out amazing. No gimmicks, he shows you how it's done right from scratch, with the right measurements, temperature of water, everything in detail. You see it happen in front of your eyes, and you do it yourself and get to eat it. Restaurant quality pizza that you can recreate. I loved the class so much that I took my team for a corporate team building event. Chef Daniel is also a kind and thoughtful human that has converted to veganism. His classes are vegetarian classes but now he's offering vegan classes as well. He is passionate about the topic and makes his own vegan cheeses, and other meat or dairy replacements. If you are someone that likes meat, you should still take his class because his techniques can be applied to any ingredients you want to add.
