Trendy place, some units have great views. Easy 15 minutes parking right in front of the building.

3/2/2024 I was gaslighted by a white resident here today. The experience was as bad as the one I had years ago when a resident from The Harrison (previously known as Tower 2) asked how I managed to live here. Women or people of color planning to live here should beware. 8/17/2022 This is a vicious dog. Its owner lives on our floor and has frequently allowed this dog to run down the hall. This morning, as I was walking into my apartment, the dog charged at me, as it had previously. The building manager is aware of the problem, but has been ineffective in addressing it. The owner of the dog apologized and let the dog out again. The other owner was playing catch with this same dog at the hall way the other day. These peopleact like they're in the suburbs. That is completely insane! This is one of the problems that arises when you share a floor with such inconsiderate (and honestly quite senile) neighbors (Sigh). Some staffers don't bother to wear face mask properly. Today, one didn't even bother to put on one. These are the old guards who probably know about gaming the system without ever getting reprimanded. Also notable are the ways residents display their contempt for other residents still wearing mask, either by talking non-stop (so desperate to "connect with other people") or sighing loudly while other residents were sharing the same elevator. Yeah, these are grown-ups. As a long-time resident here at ORH, co-existing with entitled people is perhaps most challenging.

Home owner here. The valet has taken a sharp deep downturn since we switched to a company Reef. Super disgusting corporate practice, all bunch of lies, empty promises. They lost a resident's car this week, and they have used residents' vehicles to practice driving. They stalled my car 9 TIMES during their 20 min practice. They publicly denied the facts despite everything was recorded and their conversations literally said I just wanted to practice. The company definitely didn't not hire people with experience or train them to be good at their jobs. The company is actually paying a $22-$25 hourly rate according to their public job posting. This wage is too low. Unfortunately, the HOA hasn't considered to fire Reef. Until then, one star. It's just so terrible parking here.
