I was recommended to visit William by a neighbor for my BMW and the experience was excellent. He performed visual inspections and diagnosis for some regular maintenance (brakes), and offered to postpone until the optimal time for parts that still had life left in them. When the time came to get the work done, he was easy to work with on scheduling, transparent on the work and costs expected, and had a recommendation to avoid a part replacement with a simpler fix. He also offered services and communicated well during the process for things that made sense to bundle at the same time. This allowed me to have a streamlined experience without having to come back again very soon. Obviously goes without saying that this was a great service at a much better pricing than quoted by a local dealer.
