        I picked my day, and day of, I was able to text with my loader. They arrived, took my embarrassingly old, heavy, stained, king size pillow top mattress from the upstairs to their trailer, and hauled it off. It was extremely quick, under 15 minutes, and there was no damage or issues. They were very nice and efficient. Exactly what I needed. And I felt good since the company is insured in case someone hurt themselves in my home or broke something, and the company says they will attempt to either donate or recycle the mattress. I don't think it is donate-able but hopefully it can be recycled.
