Canine Cares

If I could give this place a 0, I would. We were charged over 1400$ during our move out process! The reason being our carpet in the whole apartment needed to be replaced because of stains and sun discoloration. 1200$ to replace. Please keep in mind 2nd story apartments are all carpet except kitchen and bathroom. Best part is they are updating the apartment and plan to put tile in it. DO NOT MOVE HERE! They are a scam. The only reason we gave this place a 1 is because Tony is amazing!

I absolutely love living here - I love living here so much that I broke my lease at my old apartment complex to return here. The leasing office and maintenance are outstanding, the apartment layouts are spacious and unique, and the community is welcoming

I havent been here long but so far everyone has been wonderful and I love my apartment. The neighbors are so nice too. Twice people have offered to help me carry things upstairs. The pool is pretty awesome too. My daughter also lives here. I love being neighbors with her!

We have always had GREAT customer service at Desert Club. The staff is friendly and as far as maintenance and servicing for our apt, they have been top notch. Responsive, on time and they do a great job.

We have been here for a year and was told the renovations of the club house would done when we moved inand they still arent finished. Our air conditioning unit is really loud inside our unit. We had two water leaks while here and our air conditioning unit broke. The maintenance team is excellent though. Wish there was a dog park and more amenities available for the high cost. Now our last full month, my autopay was stopped and we were charged a late fee for rent. Dont bother to ask the office about it because they cant help you. They give you a phone number to a call center that I called a week ago and still have not gotten a call back to resolve my issue. First I was told I would get a call within 24 hours. I called back and was told it could take up to 72 hours. Now 5 days later, I am thinking its all a scam. This is really sad customer service.
