HORRIBLE! My tire was nearly flat and this tire shop was less than 1 block away. Considering the urgent need, I gave this shop a try, and what a nightmare it's become. I pulled in asking to have my tire inflated. After a female translated my request in Spanish to the attendant he came over with the air hose and started filling my tire, but only 2 seconds after he began he abruptly stopped. Then said, "no,_____". The female came back over stating there was a puncture, while pointing to where a small rock was stuck in the tread. I easily flicked the rock out of the tire and said, "No". Yet sure enough, there was a puncture elsewhere causing the leak. So I asked, "how much to plug it?" They said it couldn't be plugged and must be replaced, (see photo). Nonsense, it's in the tread area. Then they said my tires are very rare and all they had was new tires in that size, (they're P245/70R16, super common). Well in that case, I asked him to just put on my spare. He said, "o' you have a spare?" (suddenly he spoke English) I showed it to him, he then proceeded to tell me of it's horrible condition. I asked him to just put it on. I'd pay him $5 for it. Well they were both livid at this point, and as he went to remove the lug nuts he stripped one of the pins. IT WAS DONE ON PURPOSE, just because I didn't want to buy a brand new tire. I saw him do it. So to remove the old tire he had to cut the pin, (see photo). After the switch he proceeded to tell me he didn't strip it, that he'd been in the tire business for over 20 years, etc, etc. All unprompted by me and in very good spoken English. These people are very dishonest, wait, I'll say it. They are liars and thieves. DON'T PATRONIZE THIS TIRE SHOP. They deserve to go out of business.

My wife was the customer who received the broken lug nut due to her not being willing to purchase the new tire. All she has said in her review is 100% correct. I wanted to include my endorsement of her review due to the fact that many people question female knowledge of automotives and automotive parts.

Great shop for a quick tire repair. I had a screw stuck in close to the edge of the tread where other tire places wouldn't touch it they fixed it for $15 in the pouring rain on my Tesla model Y in 15 minutes. How do you beat that?? They put a plug in and I haven't had any issues or leakage since
