I considered Dale a personal friend. He said he had a 100% success rate with the IRS and that he uses the same algorithm as the IRS. After paying Dale thousands of dollars, I received a response from the IRS was that I would still owe the full amount. Dale then disappeared. I tried to work out a payment plan with the IRS but was told Dale Kennedy has power of attorney so any negotiation must go through him. I tried for over a year to get Dale to return my calls so I can get a payment plan in place. Several times I was told he was on vacation and a couple of times I was told he would call me "tomorrow," but he never did. I had his personal cell number but he never answered and I was completely ignored after failing with my account. My interest and penalties continued to increase. They recently finally allowed me to communicate with them directly to set up a payment plan after multiple calls and writing to them informing them that Dale, my "power of attorney" has abandoned me. Dale is a very nice guy and personal friend for years, but how he treated me after failing to help me with the IRS is inexcusable. My wife and I recently moved and my neighbor is an IRS manager. He told me you don't need 3rd party people as they will work with people directly and get THE SAME RESULT as any 3rd party attorney could. I am in the middle of filing with them to lower my balance and it's free! It didn't cost me thousands of dollars! I am excited about finally moving forward after spending thousands of dollars to a personal friend who bailed on my family. I hope he enjoyed his vacation. Sorry Dale, but after a year of trying to get you to call me back I need to move on and am very disappointed that you would treat me that way.

Dale Kennedy personally returned my call. He was very patient and made time to answer all of my questions. He is exceptionally knowledgable. If I ever need legal tax advice, I will call be calling Dale.
