Adam was amazing! We bought a property in Surprise to project on. We were told the City was hard to get approvals from and we should get counsel to help with the process. We hired Adam Baugh. One of the best decisions we have made. The City was hard and twice proposed things that would have killed our project. Both times Adam was able to save the project. I highly recommend him for land use approvals.

As the CEO of Tri-City Cardiology, I have worked with Adam Baugh at Withey Morris on several re-zoning projects for some of our medical offices. Adam is exceptional, very knowledgeable and very responsive. He seems to know everyone and is very connected in the zoning/planning community in Maricopa County. He has worked on some complex projects for us and what I like most is that he will not accept a rezoning case that he is not confident will be successful. He is mindful of our financial budgets and finds ways to reduce costs without compromising both the quality and success of a case. It also seems like he and his team are extremely organized and are always two to three steps ahead of us driving the project, I like this because it is easy to stall on rezoning cases if someone like Adam is not on top of it and ahead of deadlines. Myself and my partners have used Withey Morris for years on everything from smaller city staff level issues, large rezoning cases, site due diligence to transnational needs. Having worked primarily with Adam, Jason and Ben we can confidently say they provide a level of service that is second to none.
