Canine Country Club & Feline Inn

THIS PLACE LOST MY DAUGHTER'S DOG! AND SHE'S STILL MISSING AFTER 2 MONTHS! My daughter and her husband left their sweet dog Bella at this place to go back to the east coast for their wedding on December 12, 2021. The next day, when my daughter called to check on Bella, she asked for pictures. The owner, Greg Donahue, calmly said, "we can't find her". My daughter had to CALL THEM to find out. They never called to let them know that she'd been missing since the night before! They wasted the crucial first 24 hours! Are you kidding me?? How are you a boarding facility that PROMISES to keep pets safe, and you LOSE A DOG?! This was only a few days before their wedding so they were heartbroken through the whole thing. CCC turned a joyful celebration into one of tears and sadness. Losing Bella was bad enough but then they had the nerve to BLAME THE DOG! That's like blaming a child for getting out of a daycare center! To make matters worse, they DON'T CARE. Greg Donahue has done NOTHING to find Bella. No tracker, no reward offered, no posting a "Lost Dog" poster on their social media...NOTHING. Not even an apology. Some of the employees and volunteers and Canine Country Club have searched for Bella out of the kindness of their hearts. But GREG DONAHUE and his condescending sidekick have done NOTHING. He's too busy trying to block our family and friends from all of their social media accounts so no one finds out the truth. It's disgusting.

I I will never board my dog at this place again they didn't give her any toys that I brought or give the wet food that I had given them to give my dog it's so sad .

Extremely disappointed in this “pet country club”.I left my dog for a week and trusted them as I have never left my dog anywhere by him self he is only 6 months. We noticed some burning on his testicles with scabs and a smell as I assume he was left in the 115 degree heat. Mind you, this breed has a double coat. Never again will I bring him here!
