I am a retired vetran .. I didn't know that Such a Wonderful place to have your Technology questions answered still was available to the public ..I need Face to face to feel comfortable ...He answered all my concerns and gave me multiple choices. I personally don't understand all of the technology available, but I'm 62yrs old . This place made me feel like a Pro. I walked out of the place singing to my self. Thank you fixngo. God bless .

Kevin & staff changed out battery and replaced the charging connector. Cleaned up phone in less than 1 hour. Works like a charm now.

ZERO STARS I DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP OR KEVIN. I PAID $163.00 FOR A REPAIR OF A DISPLAY, (what he stated would be the total cost for repair & the reason for not having to purchase a new phone) AND NOW HE WANTS ANOTHER $100.00 FOR THE REPAIR JOB. HE'S HOLDING MY PERSONAL PROPERTY AND THE $163.00 I PAID FOR THE REPAIR - HOSTAGE. HE EXPECTS ME TO PAY $45.00 FOR A MISTAKE HE MADE BY ORDERING THE WRONG PART, TWICE! HE IS NOT AN EXPERT IN THIS FIELD OF BUSINESS OR HE WOULD'VE KNOWN THE CORRECT PART NUMBER TO ORDER, THE FIRST TIME. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUYS SHADY BUSINESS DEALINGS AND INACCURATE CHARGES AND UPCHARGES! SCAMMERS ALWAYS SCAMMING!! BE AWARE..... UPDATE - You didn't call me or speak with me regarding any of this, you sent me a text and asked me to call you. Pick up the phone & call me to explain yourself. Your writing or lack of writing skills, is much of the problem and yes, I do have them! I did not call your employee any names at all. You are the problem not him! He is just following your orders to charge me a fee for you, as you stay hidden in the back room somewhere avoiding being a jerk, in person on your camera & being a keyboard jerk on-line over text! At NO time did you give me any of "your rules" regarding repairs except at the bottom of the receipt after we agreed on a price and I paid to have you fix my phone! My receipt for service is an actual contract that you broke and therefore have NO RIGHT to have charged me anything over what I had already paid & didn't receive a new display. The fact that you don't even tell your customers anything prior to taking in their money, about what's written at the bottom of the recipe should factually be handed to anyone considering doing business with you so they can decide prior to paying you a dime, whether or not they'd choose you or go someplace else. TMobile will no longer send repairs your way. The employee there also told you he didn't know what the phone was either because that information isn't kept in their database... The IMEI # is always listed inside the back cover so YOU can get the part correctly without guessing. You may think you fought for freedom but you didn't because we are still slaves today and have been my whole life. I, on the other hand, am still fighting for the freedom of my country & all the people of Terra, and I'm doing it for free! ! You're welcome. Hopefully you get help for your narcissistic & strongarm thieving behaviors. I can be your best friend or your worst enemy, that depends on you!! Karma comes swift to people like you who ripoff people like me.
