On 3/15/2024 at 2:08pm, one of your Mini-Bus drivers was driving like a maniac going north on Higley Rd in Mesa when it was lightly raining. Your driver was flying at about 55mph in a 45mph zone in the far right lane between McKellips Rd and McDowell Rd. They were in so much of a rush to turn LEFT onto E Eagle Dr that your driver changed lanes quickly and nearly hit the right front corner of my truck to thread himself between me and another car. He knows he was in the wrong because he looked back in his mirror to me giving him a wave with my middle finger. I hope this is not how you expect your drivers to represent your company. That is not what I would consider a professional driver.

I recently utilized this company while in AZ for a business trip. The ride was comfortable, clean and convenient. However, one of my colleagues accidentally left his cell phone in the van as he got out at the airport. That is where this company really stepped it up and stood out! We were able to speak to someone there with ease. They communicated clearly and swiftly overnighted the phone at no cost to him. He had it back by 7:20 am next day! This level of customer service is hard to find! I imagine most companies wouldnt even know what driver or answer a phone. We will absolutely utilize this company from now on!! Thank you! 5 stars.
