Carol Velardi is horrible, she doesn't answer the phone, doesn't return calls, still has the same message on her voicemail from last month and is condescending and unfeeling. She could care less about anyone. Kristen however was very helpful the first time I had to deal with her, unfortunately now I can't get either of them to return my calls or emails.

My husband broke his ankle working in January 2024. Almost 4 months later and no wage loss or medical payments. He needs surgery and Carol plays manipulating games. Says she sent wage loss payments but lied. None were sent. We are hiring an attorney and filing a complaint with the Arizona Bureau of Insurance. Any positive reviews are fake!!!!

I give this company a 5 star's. Because they gotta on my case immediately and got me what I needed to do to file for insurance claim.
