        Rather than try to fix it, she blamed Arizona DOT who had never received evidence of my insurance in over 1 1/2 YEARS. Instead, the agent failed to be able to help Allstate provide evidence of insurance coverage to the state of Arizona. She was unable and unwilling to contact Allstate to address the issue.
