This office is NOT outside of the building. It is inside, Look for the door inside the building. It is very misleading, someone needs to change this Google maps direction.

Made a 1pm appointment and arrived at the parking terminal at 12:13pm. Definitely park in terminal 4 parking (parking for 1 hour is $4) and drive all the way up to Zone 9. Take the B elevator down to level 3 and it's literally a few steps to a door for Global Entry, just left of the Phoenix Airport Museum display (Note: they are Definitely not taking walk ins). There is no check-in process either. A Customs agents came out and asked if anyone had an appointment. My appointment was at 1pm, but took me in at 12:40pm. Got asked a few questions to confirm my identity, showed Passport, paid $97.25 for my Sentri card, and was told it should arrive in 2-3 weeks. Officer Bustamante was awesome and made my visit smooth. Done by 12:52pm. Paid $4 since it was under an hour with debit card on exiting the winding driveway from level 9.
