    EGH! Price outweighs quality IMO. Machine itself is loud, unit failed after a few months, even purchased the extended warranty and the process is very inconvenient. Be prepared to have to send your broken unit back, at your expense, so they can repair it and send it back to you. They say 2-3 weeks turn around not including the shipping time- too and from. I would expect being such a higher priced high quality product, a new unit would be shipped to your customer and then they return the broken one in that box with a prepaid label. Like EVERY other experienced company. Oh yes, not to mention this is after 1-2 weeks of back and forward emails where they request numerous pictures and videos of the product. As for the fragrances, some are great, others not so much. The Santal smells just like le labo, but prepared for greasy, oily residue on everything in its vicinity. 4 stars for fragrances, 3 stars for the machine(when working), 0 stars for the warranty process. Owner of 4 BT, and 7 250 fragrances so far and I think I may go back to candles.

    Ive been a customer for almost a year now. I have nothing but great things to say about Aroma. The customer service and tech support department is very smart and responsive to all me needs. The product is worth every dollar. This includes the diffuser unit and the scented oils. I share my Aromatech experience to my friends, family and other businesses that I do business with. The Hotel scent is one of my favorites.

    I have Two Minis and a BT. The BT buzzes so horribly that I can no longer stand to have it on. I have spent a fortune on scents and units and have been unable to get a hold of a human at this company for tech support and have been trying for weeks. The scents are great if you put ear plugs in. I have two minis at my office and they are beginning to buzz also. I wrote to the company to see if I could exchange for a larger very expensive unit for my business two months and they have never responded at all. Great idea, LOUSY customer and product support. Don't waste your $$

    I had a bad experience with an Aroma tech product a few months ago. At first I was frustrated since they're expensive and annoyed at the problem with the unit. After contacting aroma tech they went above and beyond to address the issue. Would I recommend their products, yes. Their customer service went above and beyond to fix the issue.
